Digital Print Operator
Digital Print Operator (Full Time)
This position is responsible for setting up and operating print, wide format & bindery equipment, including Ricoh Digital Presses, Fiery Controllers, Paper Cutters, Duplo Slitter/Creasers, Roland Roll to Roll Printer, Large and Small Format Laminators, Baum Folding Machine, Saddle-Stitcher, and Binding Machines. Requires an understanding of printing, finishing, sign application, and installation. Full time position, Monday – Friday from 8:15 – 5:00, with occasional overtime as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Digital print production
- Bindery & finishing
- Large format print production & finishing
- Post-press equipment
- Shipping
- Maintain Equipment
- Follow production schedule to meet deadlines
- Ensure quality during production
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/equivalent required
- Experience in a print production environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail & multi-tasking ability
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills & ability to use a ruler accurately
- Effective communication skills
