WSJ Article Supports Print


The January 12 article in the Wall Street Journal, Firms Hold Fast to Snail Mail Marketing, described the experiences of several companies that moved from direct mail to digital media, only to find that their companies saw drops in their orders.

In an attempt to decrease costs and take advantage of the many new types of social media, some companies replaced their direct mail with digital media. But what they discovered was that it was the integration of print and digital media that was most effective with their customers and orders.
